Consultation
To see if you’re a good fit for clear aligners:
1. We’ll examine if you have any gaps and/or teeth crowding
2. Ensure your gums are healthy enough for treatment
3. Ask about your smile goals and discuss the treatment plan
Digital Scan
We’ll create an impression of your bite with a digital scan. Once the impressions are complete, we send it off to our SureSmile dental lab. We’ll notify you as soon as we receive your custom aligners.
Fitting & Next Steps
You’ll return to our office to try the clear aligners to ensure they fit right. Detailed instructions about aligner care and wear will be provided.
Most patients will wear each set for 2 weeks, and between 20-22 hours per day. Upon reaching the last set of your aligners, you’ll need to return to us again see if you’re ready for retainers.
